Wheelchair Safety Strap Lap Belt - Snap Lock

Available for use with wheelchairs or scooters (must not be used in vehicles travelling in excess of 8mph). The safety strap is fitted to the backrest of the wheelchair or the armrest of most modern scooters. It fastens around the waist with a double adjustable snap lock fastening mechanism. A screwdriver may be required to fit.
